Abstract
A method and system for producing a relief on a substrate (1), the method having the application on the substrate (1) of a coating and a relief product that come into contact with each other and the sublimation of the relief product (3).
Claims36
A method for producing a relief on a substrate (1), comprising:
- applying on a substrate (1) a coating (2) and a relief product (3) that make contact with each other, wherein the relief product (3) is applied by means of digital inkjet printing, wherein the relief product comprises sublimatable solid particles, wherein the sublimatable solid particles are at least partially covered by or embedded in the coating, wherein the sublimatable solid particles are at least partially mixed with the coating, and
- carrying out sublimation of the sublimatable solid particles of the relief product (3) to leave hollows in the coating (2), corresponding to areas previously occupied by the relief product (3) in contact with the coating (2), the hollows determining the relief.
A method for producing a relief on a substrate (1), the method comprising:
- applying on the substrate (1) a coating (2) and a relief product (3) that make contact with each other, wherein the relief product (3) is applied by means of digital inkjet printing, wherein the relief product is at least partially covered by or embedded in the coating, wherein the relief product (3) is at least partially mixed with the coating, and
- solidifying the relief product (3), and carrying out the sublimation of the relief product (3) to leave hollows in the coating (2), corresponding to areas previously occupied by the relief product (3) in contact with the coating (2), the hollows determining the relief.
