Abstract
A method for preparing a molybdenum-bismuth-based composite metal oxide.
Claims6
A method for preparing a molybdenum-bismuth-based composite metal oxide, the method comprising:
- preparing a catalyst suspension consisting essentially of a solvent and a precursor material of each metal element, wherein the solvent is selected from the group consisting of water, ethyl alcohol, acetone, and a combination thereof, and the precursor material of each metal element comprises a molybdenum-based compound, a bismuth-based compound, an M2-based compound, an M3-based compound, an M6-based compound, and optionally an M1-based compound, an M4-based compound, and an M5-based compound;
- and
- drying the catalyst suspension,
- wherein the M2-based compound and the M6-based compound are in an oxidate form, excluding any nitrate or ammonium salt,
- wherein the molybdenum-bismuth-based composite metal oxide is represented by Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein in Chemical Formula 1,
- Mo is molybdenum;
- Bi is bismuth;
- M1 is one or more selected from the group consisting of W, Sb, As, P, Sn and Pb;
- M2 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Fe, Zn, Cr, Mn, Cu, Pd, Ag and Ru;
- M3 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Co, Cd, Ta, and Pt;
- M4 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Zr and V;
- M5 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Se, Ga, Ti, Ge, Rh and Au;
- M6 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ca, Mg, Sr and Ba;
- a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h and i represent an atomic ratio of each element;
- wherein a=12, b is from 0.01 to 20, c is from 0 to 20, d is from 0.001 to 15, e is from 0.001 to 20, f is from 0 to 20, g is from 0 to 10, his from 0.001 to 10, and i is a numerical value determined by an oxidation state of each component, and
- wherein any one or more of the molybdenum-based compound, the bismuth-based compound, the M2-based compound, the M3-based compound, and the M6-based compound is an oxide or hydrate of Mo, Bi, M2, M3 and M6, respectively, and
- wherein any two or more of the M2-based compound, the M3-based compound, and the M6-based compound are oxides of M2, M3, and M6, respectively, and are not nitrates or ammonium salts.
