Abstract
A processing system includes a processor. The processor is configured to: acquire user data including information on an activity of daily living a user is able to perform; calculate a recommended setting of training equipment that places a load on a muscle of the user, based on the user data; and output the recommended setting.
Claims8
A method comprising:
- calculating a recommended setting of a pedal exerciser that places a load on a muscle of the user, based on the user data, the pedal exerciser being used for a pedaling exercise by the user while the user is seated on a seat portion, the recommended setting including (i) a horizontal installation distance from a rotating shaft to the seat portion for the pedaling exercise and (ii) a recommendation of whether to use an installation base that is placed under the pedal exerciser;
- outputting the recommended setting;
- adjusting, by the user, the pedal exerciser based on the recommended setting;
- detecting, via one or more sensors, an adjustment of the pedal exerciser after the adjusting by the user;
- determining whether the pedal exerciser is operating with the recommended setting by comparing sensor data from the one or more sensors with the recommended setting;
- and
- in response to determining that the pedal exerciser is not operating with the recommended setting, outputting at least one of a warning message or a warning sound.
