Wiring component for electrical equipment

A wiring component for electrical equipment comprising:

• a plurality of bus bars;
• a housing made of resin in which the plurality of bus bars are each exposed at both ends and embedded inside at an interval to each other, and a hollow portion is provided in which an opening through which an intermediate portion of each of the plurality of bus bars is exposed is formed;
• a filling material made of an elastomer filled in the hollow portion and covering an entire periphery of the bus bars at least at a boundary portion between the intermediate portions and the housing;
• and
• a lid member including a lid portion that closes the opening and an embedded portion that extends from the lid portion toward the filling material and is embedded in the filling material,
• wherein a through hole is provided on a surface in the intermediate portion facing the opening.

A wiring component for electrical equipment comprising:

• a plurality of bus bars;
• a housing made of resin in which the plurality of bus bars are each exposed at both ends and embedded inside at an interval to each other, and a hollow portion is provided in which an opening through which an intermediate portion of each of the plurality of bus bars is exposed is formed;
• a filling material made of an elastomer filled in the hollow portion and covering an entire periphery of the bus bars at least at a boundary portion between the intermediate portions and the housing;
• and
• a lid member including a lid portion that closes the opening and an embedded portion that extends from the lid portion toward the filling material and is embedded in the filling material, wherein
• a ridge portion protruding in a thickness direction and a groove portion recessed in the thickness direction are formed over an entire periphery of an outer edge portion of a surface of the lid portion facing the opening, and
• a second groove portion and a second ridge portion that are fitted to the ridge portion and the groove portion, respectively, are formed in an inner edge portion of the opening of the housing.
