• and a positive electrode binder,
• wherein:
• the positive electrode active material includes a lithium nickel-based oxide represented by Formula 1:
• Li1+x[NiaCobMncM1d]O2 [Formula 1]
• wherein in Formula 1,
• the M1 includes one or more elements selected from the group consisting of W, Cu, Fe, V, Cr, Ti, Zr, Zn, Al, In, Ta, Y, In, La, Sr, Ga, Sc, Gd, Sm, Ba, Ca, Ce, Nb, Mg, B, and Mo, and
• −0.1≤x≤0.1, 0.50≤a<0.70, 0<b<0.5, 0<c<0.5, and 0≤d≤0.2;
• the conductive material includes a linear conductive material (c1) and a dotted conductive material (c2);
• the dotted conductive material has a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g to 500 m2/g;
• the linear conductive material has a BET specific surface area of 150 m2/g to 310 m2/g;
• the BET specific surface area of the dotted conductive material is greater than the BET specific surface area of the linear conductive material;
• and
• FCR defined by Equation (1) below satisfies 12 to 20:

• dc1 is a true density (unit:
• g/cm3) of the linear conductive material C1 and dc1 is from 1.0 g/cm3 to 5.0 g/cm3,
• dc2 is a true density (unit:
• g/cm3) of the dotted conductive material c2 and dc2 is from 0.5 g/cm3 to 3.0 g/cm3, and
• D50.a is an average particle diameter (D50) of the positive electrode active material (unit:
• μm) and D50.a is from 3 μm to 8 μm.
