Abstract
Provided is a work management device including an acquisition unit that acquires information indicating login to a system using a first terminal and an operation history of the first terminal occurring after login to the system, a specifying unit that specifies a non-operation period of a terminal from the operation history of the first terminal, and a calculation unit that calculates working hours including the non-operation period of the terminal according to a length of the non-operation period of the terminal.
Claims15
A work management device, comprising:
- a memory storing instructions;
- and
- at least one processor connected to the memory and configured to execute the instructions to perform:
- acquiring operation history of a terminal used by a worker via a communication network after the terminal has logged in a system;
- specifying a non-operation period of the terminal after a time when the terminal has logged in the system based on the operation history of the terminal;
- analyzing, using image recognition technology, a plurality of images taken by capturing the worker at different times to detect a first time at which the worker wears clothes worn during work and a second time at which the worker takes off the clothes worn during work by comparing clothing states between different time points;
- calculating working time of the worker by correlating a period between the first time and the second time, and the non-operation period of the terminal;
- and
- storing the working time in a storage device dedicated to work management.
A work management method executed by an information processing device, the method comprising:
- acquiring operation history of a terminal used by a worker via a communication network after the terminal has logged in a system;
- specifying a non-operation period of the terminal after a time when the terminal has logged in the system based on the operation history of the terminal;
- analyzing, using image recognition technology, a plurality of images taken by capturing the worker at different times to detect a first time at which the worker wears clothes worn during work and a second time at which the worker takes off the clothes worn during work by comparing clothing states between different time points;
- calculating working time of the worker by correlating a period between the first time and the second time, and the non-operation period of the terminal;
- and
- storing the working time in a storage device dedicated to work management.
A non-transitory recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute:
- a process of acquiring operation history of a terminal used by a worker via a communication network after the terminal has logged in a system;
- a process of specifying a non-operation period of the terminal after a time when the terminal has logged in the system based on the operation history of the terminal;
- a process of analyzing, using image recognition technology, a plurality of images taken by capturing the worker at different times to detect a first time at which the worker wears clothes worn during work and a second time at which the worker takes off the clothes worn during work by comparing clothing states between different time points;
- a process of calculating working time of the worker by correlating a period between the first time and the second time, and the non-operation period of the terminal;
- and
- a process of storing the working time in a storage device dedicated to work management.
