Abstract
A light detection and ranging (LIDAR) system includes a plurality of optical sources to generate a plurality of optical beams and at least one optical component adjustable to shift the plurality of optical beams to align with a reference output beam pattern prior to propagating to output scanning optics.
Claims20
An optical scanning system, comprising:
- a plurality of optical sources to generate a plurality of optical beams;
- and
- at least one optical component adjustable to shift the plurality of optical beams to align with a reference output beam pattern prior to propagating the plurality of optical beams to output scanning optics.
A method, comprising:
- generating, by a plurality of optical sources, a plurality of optical beams;
- transmitting the plurality of optical beams towards an output lens;
- and
- shifting, by an optical component, at least one optical beam of the plurality of optical beams to align with a reference output beam pattern prior to propagating the at least one optical beam to output scanning optics.
1 more element
A light detection and ranging (LIDAR) system, comprising:
- a plurality of optical sources to generate a plurality of optical beams directed toward an output lens;
- and
- LIDAR control circuitry optically coupled to the plurality of optical sources, the LIDAR control circuitry to shift at least one of the plurality of optical beams to align with a reference output beam pattern at an image plane prior to propagating to output scanning optics.
