Abstract
Compositions and methods for treating a disease are described herein. Compositions having plant preparations, microRNAs, and one or more rate limiters are administered to a patient to promote DNA damage repair and modulate endothelial and mitochondrial function, thereby allowing for healing to occur.
Claims6
A composition in a form of an intravenous solution, comprising a microRNA component consisting of at least 0.001 nmol/ml of microRNA 486, wherein the microRNA component is synthetic microRNA 486 or microRNA 486 extracted from Sarracenia flava, Sarracenia purpurea, Sarracenia leukophyll, or hybrids thereof;
- and rate limiters comprising magnesium, selenium, and zinc, an amount of each of magnesium, selenium, and zinc is at least 0.001% wt/vol of the composition.
A composition in a form of an intravenous solution, comprising:
- a. a microRNA component consisting of at least about 0.001 nmol/ml of microRNA 486, wherein the microRNA component is synthetic microRNA 486 or microRNA 486 extracted from Sarracenia flava, Sarracenia purpurea, Sarracenia leukophyll, or hybrids thereof;
- b. at least about 0.001 mg/ml magnesium;
- c. at least about 0.001 mg/ml selenium;
- d. at least about 0.001 mg/ml zinc;
- e. at least about 0.001 mg/ml glutathione;
- f. at least about 0.001 mg/ml cysteine;
- and
- g. at least about 0.001 mg/ml manganese.
