Abstract
Provided are a terminally modified diene-based polymer having excellent mechanical properties, and also a method for producing the same. The terminally modified diene-based polymer is obtainable by allowing a diene-based polymer terminated with ketone or aldehyde groups to react with a heterocyclic compound that is a nitrogen-containing unsaturated five-membered ring or six-membered ring compound having a primary amine.
Claims4
A terminally modified diene-based polymer obtainable by allowing a diene-based polymer terminated with ketone and/or aldehyde groups to react with a heterocyclic compound that is a nitrogen-containing unsaturated five-membered ring or six-membered ring compound having a primary amine,
- wherein the heterocyclic compound is at least one of compounds represented by the following general formulas (1) to (4):
- wherein in formulas (1) to (4), R1 to R10 may be the same or different and each represent hydrogen or a C1-3 hydrocarbon group.
