A compound of Formula II:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R1 is pyridine or pyridazine;
- Q is NH or CH2;
- R2 is pyridine or phenyl, wherein the pyridine or phenyl is optionally substituted with 1-2 groups selected from fluorine, chlorine and cyano;
- X is selected from the group consisting of CH2, O, CH—OH and C═O.
