A crystalline form of a compound salt of formula IX:
- having an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern comprising peaks, in terms of 2-theta, at about 5.9°, about 11.8°, about 14.5°, about 18.7°, about 19.3°, about 20.6°, about 20.9°, about 23.0°, and about 24.7°.
