Abstract
A paint packet-making apparatus may include a plurality of containers configured to contain one or more base paints and one or more tints, a sachet packaging apparatus, and a precision dispenser configured to work in concert with the sachet packaging apparatus and fluidly connected to the plurality of containers to selectively dispense the one or more base paints and the one or more tints into respective sachets to produce at least one custom paint sample with a volume of 125 mL or less.

A paint packet-making apparatus comprising:
- a plurality of containers configured to contain one or more base paints and one or more tints;
- a packaging apparatus;
- and
- a precision dispenser configured to work in concert with the packaging apparatus and fluidly connected to the plurality of containers to selectively dispense the one or more base paints and the one or more tints into respective packages to produce at least one custom paint sample with a volume of 125 mL or less.

A method of making a sachet of a custom paint sample comprising:
- selectively adding one or more tints to the sachet;
- selectively adding a base paint to the sachet such that the custom paint sample having a volume of 125 mL or less is contained within the sachet.
