Manufacturing method, manufacturing apparatus, and mold unit for resin container

A manufacturing apparatus of a resin container, the manufacturing apparatus comprising:

• a first injection molding unit configured to injection-mold a first layer of a preform having a bottomed cylindrical shape by using a first resin material;
• a first mold configured to be used in the first injection molding unit that forms the first layer of a preform having a bottomed cylindrical shape by using a first resin material;
• a first temperature adjusting unit configured to adjust a temperature of the first layer of the preform by accommodating the first layer in a first temperature adjustment mold, the first temperature adjustment mold being different from the first mold;
• a second injection molding unit configured to inject a second resin material having a color that is different from a color of the first resin material, and laminate a second layer on an outer peripheral side or an inner peripheral side of the first layer;
• a second mold configured to be used in the second injection molding unit that laminates the second layer on an outer peripheral side or an inner peripheral side of the first layer;
• a second temperature adjusting unit configured to adjust a temperature of the preform that the first layer and the second layer are laminated, by accommodating the preform in a second temperature adjustment mold different from the first temperature adjustment mold, the second temperature adjustment mold being different from the second mold;
• a blow-molding unit configured to blow-mold a preform that includes multiple layers and has been obtained in the second injection molding process in a state where residual heat at a time of injection molding is contained, and manufactures the resin container having a color pattern that corresponds to a thickness distribution of the first layer and the second layer,
• a taking out unit configured to take out the resin container;
• and
• a conveyor mechanism that conveys the preform or container in an order of the first injection molding unit, the first temperature adjusting unit, the second injection molding unit, the second temperature adjusting unit, the blow molding unit, and the taking out unit;
• wherein the first layer and the second layer both have a light transmissive property.
