Miniature closed-loop artificial pancreas system

A miniature closed-loop artificial pancreas system, comprising:

• an infusion unit, the infusion unit includes:
• a drug storage unit, a metal piece, a piston and a rigid screw, wherein the piston is arranged in the drug storage unit, and wherein the metal piece, fixedly connected to the rigid screw, is arranged on the piston;
• a rotating shaft, a rotatable driving unit and a driving wheel provided with wheel teeth, wherein the rotatable driving unit includes one driving portion, and wherein the rotatable driving unit is capable of rotating around the rotating shaft, driving the driving portion to push the wheel teeth to rotate the driving wheel which drives the rigid screw forward in a non-rotating way;
• and
• a power unit and a rebound unit, wherein the power unit and the rebound unit apply forces to the rotatable driving unit respectively to make the rotatable driving unit rotate reciprocally;
• at least one position detector, wherein the metal piece and the at least one position detector interact to generate electrical or magnetic signals;
• a program unit, wherein the program unit comprises an input end and an output end, wherein the input end comprises a plurality of different electrically connective regions for receiving signals of analyte data in a body fluid after the output end is electrically connected to the infusion unit, wherein according to received signals of the analyte data in the body fluid, the program unit controls whether the infusion unit delivers drugs, and the program unit converts received electrical or magnetic signals into piston position information;
• an infusion cannula with a conductive area, the infusion cannula is a drug infusion channel;
• and
• a plurality of electrodes for detecting the analyte data in the body fluid, wherein the plurality of electrodes comprises comprise at least one conductive-area electrode and at least one cannula-wall electrode, wherein the conductive area of the infusion cannula is one of the at least one conductive-area electrode, wherein one or more cannula-wall electrodes are located on or in a wall of the infusion cannula, wherein when the infusion cannula is installed to a working position, the infusion cannula is connected with the infusion unit, the drugs are capable of being injected into a body through the infusion cannula, and the plurality of electrodes are electrically connected to the different electrically connective regions, respectively, to input the signals of the analyte data in the body fluid to the program unit.
