Abstract
Provided herein, at least in part, are methods of treating a hematologic malignancy in a human subject in need thereof, comprising orally administering to the subject duvelisib or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof.
Claims7
A method of treating peripheral T-cell lymphoma in a human subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
- (i) orally administering to the subject 75 mg of duvelisib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, twice daily for a first interval;
- and
- (ii) orally administering to the subject 25 mg of duvelisib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, twice daily for a second interval;
- thereby treating the subject.

A method of treating indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma in a human subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
- (i) orally administering to the subject 25 mg of duvelisib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, twice daily for 12 weeks;
- and a cycle comprising:
- (ii) abstaining from orally administering duvelisib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, for 2 weeks;
- and
- (iii) orally administering to the subject 25 mg of duvelisib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, twice daily for 2 weeks;
- thereby treating the subject.
