A DNA aptamer comprising a polynucleotide comprising a polynucleotide comprising a core sequence set forth in any one of SEQ ID NOS:
- 11-21.
A DNA aptamer comprising:
- any one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 6-10;
- or
- a polynucleotide that differs from any one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 6-10 by no more than two purine-to-purine or pyrimidine-to-pyrimidine substitutions and is capable of binding to lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
