Abstract
Described herein are polypeptides that bind to 5T4 useful for cancer therapy. Further disclosed herein are polypeptides that bind to 5T4 that are conjugated to a chelating agent or a radionuclide complex thereof.

A polypeptide that binds 5T4, wherein the polypeptide comprises an immunoglobulin variable domain comprising:
- (i) a complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 13;
- a complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 14;
- and a complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 15;
- (ii) a complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 16;
- a complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 17;
- and a complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
