Abstract
Disclosed is an antibody capable of binding to the interleukin 4 (IL-4) receptor (IL-4). Also disclosed are a nucleic acid sequence encoding the antibody, a vector including the nucleic acid sequence, and a host cell transformed or transfected with the vector. Provided are a method for producing the antibody, a medical use of the antibody, and a kit including the antibody.

An isolated nucleic acid or set of nucleic acids encoding an isolated anti-interleukin 4 receptor (IL-4R) antibody comprising a heavy chain variable domain (VH) comprising three heavy chain complementarity determining regions (CDRs) (CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3), and a light chain variable domain (VL) comprising three light chain CDRs (CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3) wherein:
- a. the CDR-L1 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
