## Abstract

The present invention relates to novel pyridine-N oxide substituted 2-formamido (N-phenyl and N-pyridyl) acetamide compounds that are Interleukin-17 (IL-17) inhibitors, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions, and medicaments containing them, and their use in diseases and disorders mediated by IL-17.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A compound that is 2,4-dimethyl-3-(4-((S)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamido)-2-((S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-yl)acetamido)phenyl)pyridine 1-oxide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A combination comprising a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1, and one or more therapeutically active agents.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

A method of treating an IL-17 mediated disease or condition, comprising administering to a subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1, wherein the IL-17 mediated disease or condition is psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis.
