Abstract
An atomization device includes an atomization machine and an atomization bottle which can be disposed after use. The atomization bottle receives a liquid to be atomized to form a mist. The atomization bottle includes an atomization bottle cork to prevent leakage of the liquid. The atomization bottle cork includes an atomizer fee of power and any control module. A power supply and a control module are disposed on a machine body of the atomization machine. When the atomization bottle is coupled with the atomization machine, the atomizer can be activated by the control module to generate a mist. After the liquid in the atomization bottle is used up, the atomization bottle can be replaced by a new atomization bottle.
Claims19
An atomization bottle comprising:
- a bottle including a bottleneck, wherein the bottle is configured to receive a liquid to be atomized;
- and
- an atomization bottle cork sealingly coupled with the bottleneck of the bottle, wherein the atomization bottle cork includes an atomizer free of power and a power module, wherein the atomization bottle cork further includes an electrically conductive module in electrical connection with the atomizer, wherein the electrically conductive module includes two electrically conductive portions configured to be in electrical connection with an atomization machine, wherein the atomization bottle cork is configured to prevent passage of the liquid but allow atomized tiny water molecules to pass through the atomizer and to be sprayed to an outside of the bottle, wherein the atomization bottle cork further includes:
- a main cork body, wherein the bottle includes a chamber receiving the liquid, wherein the main cork body includes an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein the main cork body further includes a recessed portion extending from the outer surface and a main cork body through-hole intercommunicating with the recessed portion and the chamber, wherein the main cork body further includes a passage extending from the outer surface to the inner surface and a coupling portion extending from the inner surface, wherein the coupling portion intercommunicates with the passage and is located on an inner side of the bottle, wherein the passage intercommunicates with the chamber, and wherein the atomizer is received in the recessed portion and seals the main cork body through-hole;
- an auxiliary cork body detachably and sealingly coupled with the passage, wherein the auxiliary cork body includes a stem on an outer side of the outer surface;
- and
- a one-way valve coupled with the coupling portion, wherein when the auxiliary cork body is coupled with the main cork body, no fluid is permitted to flow between the passage and the chamber of the bottle, wherein when the auxiliary cork body is detached from the main cork body, air outside of the bottle is permitted to flow into the chamber of the bottle, and the liquid in the chamber is prevented from flowing through the passage.
An atomization device comprising:
- a machine body including a groove and an installation portion spaced from the groove, wherein the installation portion receives a control module and a power supply module in electrical connection with the control module;
- an end cover coupled with the machine body and including an opening;
- an electric pole module in electrical connection with the control module and including two electrically conductive members, wherein the electric pole module is mounted to the end cover and is misaligned from the opening;
- a disposable atomization bottle including:
- a bottle configured to receive a liquid to be atomized, wherein the bottle is detachably coupled with the groove;
- an atomization bottle cork sealingly coupled with the bottle, wherein the atomization bottle cork includes an atomizer free of power and the power module, wherein the atomization bottle cork further includes an electrically conductive module in electrical connection with the atomizer, wherein the electrically conductive module includes two electrically conductive portions, wherein the atomization bottle cork is configured to prevent passage of the liquid but allow atomized tiny water molecules to pass through the atomizer and to be sprayed to an outside of the bottle, wherein when the bottle is coupled with the groove and the two electrically conductive members are in electrical connection with the two electrically conductive portions, the opening of the end cover is aligned with the atomizer, the atomizer is operable under activation by the control module and sprays atomized liquid outwards via the opening of the end cover, and wherein when the bottle is not coupled with the groove, the two electrically conductive members are not in electrical connection with the two electrically conductive portions, the atomizer is not operable, and the opening of the end cover is not aligned with the atomizer.
