Abstract
Provided herein are compounds for inhibiting Wnt signaling and methods of treating cancer. The compounds include any compound having a structure according to Formula II. The method includes administering one or more compounds according to Formula I and/or Formula II to a subject in need thereof.

A compound for inhibiting Wnt signaling, the compound comprising a structure according to Formula II:
- wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of H, Cl, and nitrite;
- wherein R2 is selected from the group consisting of H and alkoxy;
- wherein R3 is a heterocycle, the heterocycle selected from the group consisting of pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, and morpholino;
- wherein R4 is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted, branched or unbranched alkyl;
- and
- wherein R5 is selected from the group consisting of H and methyl carbonyl.
