A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 and an organic light emitting device comprising the same, the compound used as a material of an organic material layer of the organic light emitting device and providing improved efficiency, low driving voltage, and improved lifetime characteristics.

A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
- L is a single bond, phenylene, or naphthalenediyl,
- one of R1 is Ar3 and the other R1s are hydrogen,
- Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl, dibenzofuranyl, dibenzothiophenyl, or phenanthrenyl, each of which is independently unsubstituted or substituted with one or more phenyl or naphthyl,
- Ar3 is phenyl, biphenylyl, terphenylyl, naphthyl, dibenzofuranyl, dibenzothiophenyl, or phenanthrenyl, and
- R2 is hydrogen.
