Abstract
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for configuring information for location determination. One method includes transmitting, from a location server, a request including an indication to provide beam configuration information and associated received signal strength measurements of a target user equipment. The method includes receiving a response message including the beam configuration information and associated received signal strength measurements. The method includes determining the location of the target UE based on a mapping between the beam configuration information and the associated received signal strength measurements.
Claims20
A location server, comprising:
- at least one memory;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the location server to:
- transmit a request comprising an indication to provide satellite ephemeris information associated with a target user equipment (UE);
- receive a response message comprising the satellite ephemeris information;
- and
- determine a location of the target UE based on the satellite ephemeris information.
A processor for wireless communication, comprising:
- at least one controller coupled with at least one memory and configured to cause the processor to:
- transmit a request comprising an indication to provide satellite ephemeris information associated with a target user equipment (UE);
- receive a response message comprising the satellite ephemeris information;
- and
- determine a location of the target UE based on the satellite ephemeris information.
A method of a location server, the method comprising:
- transmitting a request comprising an indication to provide satellite ephemeris information associated with a target user equipment (UE);
- receiving a response message comprising the satellite ephemeris information;
- and
- determining a location of the target UE based on the satellite ephemeris information.
