Abstract
A computer implemented method for determining a dosage of semaglutide for administering to a patient for the treatment of obesity includes receiving patient data relating to a patient, wherein the patient data includes patient weight data; processing the patient data with a dosage calculator to determine the dosage of semaglutide for administering to the patient; and administering the dosage.

A method for administering a dosage of semaglutide to a patient for the treatment of obesity, the method comprising:
- receiving patient data relating to a patient, wherein the patient data includes patient weight data;
- processing the patient data including the patient weight data with a dosage calculator to determine the dosage of semaglutide for administering to the patient;
- and
- administering the determined dosage of semaglutide to the patient;
- wherein the patient weight data includes an initial weight and a target weight;
- wherein processing the patient data including the patient weight data with a dosage calculator to determine the dosage of semaglutide for administering to the patient comprises:
- processing the initial weight and the target weight with the dosage calculator to determine an initial dosage;
- wherein processing the initial weight and the target weight with the dosage calculator to determine the initial dosage comprises:
- setting a target drug concentration based on the initial weight and the target weight;
- and determining the initial dosage based on the target drug concentration and the initial weight.
A method for treating a patient for obesity, the method comprising:
- receiving patient data relating to the patient, wherein the patient data includes patient weight data;
- processing the patient data including the patient weight data with a dosage calculator to determine an effective dosage of semaglutide to administer to the patient;
- and
- administering the determined effective dosage of semaglutide to the patient to treat the patient for obesity;
- wherein the patient weight data includes an initial weight and a target weight;
- wherein processing the patient data including the patient weight data with a dosage calculator to determine the effective dosage of semaglutide for administering to the patient comprises:
- processing the initial weight and the target weight with the dosage calculator to determine an initial dosage;
- wherein processing the initial weight and the target weight with the dosage calculator to determine the initial dosage comprises:
- setting a target drug concentration based on the initial weight and the target weight;
- and determining the initial dosage based on the target drug concentration and the initial weight.
