Display device and method of driving the same

A display device comprising a plurality of first pixels, wherein the plurality of first pixels comprises:

• a light emitting element;
• a first transistor configured to generate a driving current to flow to the light emitting element;
• a second transistor connected between a data line and a first electrode of the first transistor;
• a third transistor connected between a second electrode of the first transistor and a first node connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor;
• a fourth transistor connected between the first node and a first initialization power line configured to provide a first initialization power, wherein the fourth transistor is an N-type transistor;
• a fifth transistor connected between a first power line and the first electrode of the first transistor;
• a sixth transistor connected between the second electrode of the first transistor and the light emitting element;
• a seventh transistor connected between a second initialization power line and the first electrode of the light emitting element, wherein the seventh transistor is a P-type transistor and, wherein the second initialization power line is configured to provide a second initialization power;
• a storage capacitor connected between the first power line and the first node;
• and
• a first boosting capacitor connected between the first node and a second scan line coupled to a gate electrode of the second transistor,
• wherein the fourth and seventh transistors are configured to be turned on in response to signals received from different scan lines.
