Abstract
A light emitting device for emitting a given irradiation light pattern is provided. The light emitting device includes a plurality of light emitting elements configured to be individually turned on. The light emitting device is configured to emit at least one irradiation light pattern onto a road surface in accordance with a detected situation of a traffic object.

A light emitting device for emitting a given irradiation light pattern, the light emitting device comprising:
- a plurality of light emitting elements configured to be individually turned on,
- wherein the light emitting device is configured to emit at least one irradiation light pattern onto a road surface in accordance with a detected type of a vehicle.
A light emitting device for emitting a given irradiation light pattern, the light emitting device comprising:
- a plurality of light emitting elements configured to be individually turned on,
- wherein the light emitting device is configured to emit at least one irradiation light pattern onto a road surface in accordance with a detected situation of a traffic object, and
- wherein the light emitting device is configured to change a distance between the traffic object and a region irradiated with the at least one irradiation light pattern, based on at least one of information on a type of the traffic object or information on an eye level of a driver of the traffic object.
A traffic system comprising:
- a detection device;
- and
- a light emitting device including a plurality of light emitting elements configured to be individually turned on,
- wherein the light emitting device is configured to emit an irradiation light pattern onto a road surface in accordance with a type of a vehicle, the type of vehicle being obtained based on detection information by the detection device.
