Abstract
One example method of operation may include identifying a plurality of emergency reporting entities located at an emergency location based on one or more received emergency communications, determining whether one or more of the emergency reporting entities have provided valid emergency response data, determining a level of severity of the emergency response data, and transmitting one or more notifications to one or more emergency response entities based on the level of severity and a type of emergency.
Claims18
A method, comprising:
- identifying an emergency location, at least in part based on an emergency communication received from a device;
- retrieving enhanced information for the emergency location, wherein the enhanced information includes a density map of mobile devices at the emergency location;
- displaying the density map, wherein the density map indicates mobile device telephone numbers at the emergency location;
- detecting a type of emergency, at least in part based on the enhanced information;
- identifying a sub-sectional area of the emergency location, at least in part based on the enhanced information;
- and
- forwarding a notification to one or more emergency service entities or one or more additional devices, based on the type of the emergency, wherein the notification indicates a door of the sub-sectional area to lock and a predetermined student.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a memory that stores a program;
- and
- a processor configured to execute the program to
- identify an emergency location, at least in part based on an emergency communication received from a device,
- determine enhanced information memory for the emergency location, wherein the enhanced information includes a density map of mobile devices at the emergency location,
- display the density map, wherein the density map indicates mobile device telephone numbers at the emergency location,
- detect a type of emergency, at least in part based on the enhanced information,
- identify a sub-sectional area of the emergency location, at least in part based on the enhanced information, and
- forward a notification to one or more emergency service entities or one or more additional devices, based on the type of the emergency, wherein the notification indicates a door of the sub-sectional area to lock and a predetermined student.
A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium that stores instructions that, when executed, cause a processor to perform operations comprising:
- identifying an emergency location, at least in part based on an emergency communication received from a device;
- retrieving enhanced information for the emergency location, wherein the enhanced information includes a density map of mobile devices at the emergency location;
- displaying the density map, wherein the density map indicates mobile device telephone numbers at the emergency location;
- detecting a type of emergency, at least in part based on the enhanced information;
- identifying a sub-sectional area of the emergency location, at least in part based on the enhanced information;
- and
- forwarding a notification to one or more emergency service entities or one or more registered devices, based on the type of the emergency, wherein the notification indicates a door of the sub-sectional area to lock and a predetermined student.
