Abstract
A display device includes a first display area including a first pixel area; a second display area including a second pixel area and a transmissive area; a signal line, a common electrode, and a touch electrode that are disposed in the second display area. The common electrode includes an opening overlapping the transmissive area, and the common electrode is disposed between the signal line and the touch electrode to overlap the signal line.

A display device comprising:
- a first display area including first pixel areas;
- a second display area including second pixel areas and transmissive areas;
- pixels disposed in the second pixel areas and each including a light emitting portion;
- a signal line disposed in the second display area and electrically connected to the pixels;
- a common electrode disposed in the second display area;
- a first touch electrode disposed in the first display area, the first touch electrode including touch electrode sections disposed in adjacent first pixel areas of the first pixel areas and directly connected to each other;
- and
- a second touch electrode disposed in the second display area, the second touch electrode including touch electrode sections disposed in adjacent second pixel areas of the second pixel areas and connection lines electrically connecting the touch electrode sections, wherein
- the signal line includes a first portion extending in a first direction,
- the common electrode includes a first portion extending in the first direction, and
- the connection lines include a first connection line extending in the first direction and overlapping the first portion of the signal line and the first portion of the common electrode in a plan view.

- the display panel comprises:
- a first display area including first pixel areas;
- a second display area including second pixel areas and transmissive areas;

- a signal line disposed in the second display area and electrically connected to the pixels;
- a common electrode disposed in the second display area;

- the common electrode includes a first portion extending in the first direction, and
- the connection lines include a first connection line extending in the first direction and overlapping the first portion of the signal line and the first portion of the common electrode in a plan view.
