Method and device for Radio Resource Determination

A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:

• receiving downlink control information (DCI) and radio resource control (RRC) signaling;
• determining, based on the DCI, a first radio resource and a first resource size;
• determining, based on the RRC signaling, a second radio resource and a second resource size;
• and
• wherein the first resource size and second resources size satisfy at least one of:
• (i) a ratio of the second resource size to the first resource size is less than or equal to a first threshold, or (ii) a difference between the second resource size and the first resource size is less than or equal to a second threshold.

A base station (BS), comprising:

• a transmitter;
• and
• a processor;
• wherein the transmitter and the processor are configured to:
• transmit downlink control information (DCI) indicating a first radio resource and a first resource size;
• transmit radio resource control (RRC) signaling indicating a second radio resource and a second resource size;
• and
• wherein the first resource size and second resources size satisfy at least one of:
• (i) a ratio of the second resource size to the first resource size is less than or equal to a first threshold, or (ii) a difference between the second resource size and the first resource size is less than or equal to a second threshold.
