Abstract
Systems and methods for handling confidential meetings in a conference room are described. In an illustrative, non-limiting embodiment, a video bar may include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution by the processor, cause the video bar to: determine that confidential materials are being shared while a remote meeting is being recorded in a conference room, and, in response to the determination, flag the recording.
Claims17
A video bar, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution by the processor, cause the video bar to:
- determine that confidential materials are being shared while a remote meeting is being recorded in a conference room;
- and
- create a virtual map of devices or of one or more participants, present in the conference room, at least in part, in response to the determination.
A video bar, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution by the processor, cause the video bar to:
- determine that confidential materials are being shared while a remote meeting is being recorded in a conference room;
- and
- perform an ultrasound presence determination for attendance taking purposes or an ultrasound location determination for locating one or more participants, in the conference room, at least in part, in response to the determination that confidential materials are being shared.
A memory device having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution by a processor of a video bar, cause the video bar to:
- determine that confidential materials are being shared in a conference room in connection with a remote meeting, wherein the determination is made, at least in part, based upon processing of audio or image data obtained in the conference room before the remote meeting starts or before the remote meeting is recorded;
- and
- in response to the determination, flag a recording of the remote meeting.
