System and method of cognitive risk management

A computer implemented method for generating an interval list and probability list based on an input variable, comprising:

• receiving, by a UI layer of at least one server, one or more inputs for a risk profile, wherein the at last one server each comprise a processor and memory;
• calculating, by the at least one server, a uniform interval range by dividing a length between a lower range value and an upper range value into equal intervals;
• generating, by the at least one server, a probability list based, at least in part, on a list of the equal intervals;
• calculating, by the at least one server, a probability of each input value of the input variable;
• determining, using a backend layer of the at least one server, a state of one or more solvers in a solvers layer using one or more data update and retrieval APIs;
• communicating, by the at least one server, with the one or more solvers in the solvers layer to calculate a KPI for each interval, wherein results from the solvers layer are communicated in JavaScript Object Notation;
• setting, by the at least one server, a total return probability at zero;
• for each input value calculating, by the one or more solvers in the solvers layer, a probability of an observed KPI;
• calculating, by the at least one server, the total return probability;
• generating, by the at least one server, a probability of the KPI at each interval;
• and
• displaying, by the at least one server, on a dashboard, by the UI layer using one or more python script modules, one or more visualizations based, at least in part on the generated KPI probabilities.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium embodied with software for generating an interval list and probability list based on an input variable, the software when executed by at least one server, the at least one server comprising a processor and memory:

• receives, by a UI layer of at least one server, one or more inputs for a risk profile, wherein the at last one server each comprise a processor and memory;
• calculates a uniform interval range by dividing a length between a lower range value and an upper range value into equal intervals;
• generates a probability list based, at least in part, on a list of the equal intervals;
• calculates a probability of each input value of the input variable;
• determines, using a backend layer, a state of one or more solvers in a solvers layer using one or more data update and retrieval APIs;
• communicates with the one or more solvers in the solvers layer to calculate a KPI for each interval, wherein results from the solvers layer are communicated in JavaScript Object Notation;
• sets a total return probability at zero;
• for each input value calculates, by the one or more solvers in the solvers layer, a probability of an observed KPI;
• calculates the total return probability;
• generates a probability of the KPI at each interval;
• and
• displays on a dashboard, by the UI layer using one or more python script modules, one or more visualizations based, at least in part on the generated KPI probabilities.
