Using machine learning and free text data to detect and report events associated with use of software applications

A method of executing actions for events associated with use of applications, comprising:

• identifying, by one or more processors, free text or user-reported data associated with an application to be evaluated for at least one of a plurality of events associated with the application;
• determining, by the one or more processors, based on applying the free text or user-reported data to a machine learning (ML) architecture, a value indicating a likelihood of occurrence of an event associated with the application, wherein the event corresponds to at least one of (i) safety of a therapy administered to at least one user, (ii) efficacy of the therapy administered to the at least one user, or (iii) a user preference corresponding to the therapy administered to the at least one user;
• providing, by the one or more processors, to a generative ML model to generate an output characterizing the event, a model input based on the free text or user-reported data and the value;
• and
• executing, by the one or more processors, an action based on the output.
