The application provides methods of diagnosis, prognosis, prophylaxis and treatment of CD30+ cancers.
Claims4
A method of treating a CD30 positive melanoma, comprising
- administering an effective regimen of brentuximab vedotin to a patient having the melanoma, wherein at least 10% of the malignant or atypical cells in a sample of the melanoma have been identified as expressing CD30.
