An electrolytic medium is provided to the treatment of metallic surfaces and includes solid particles and a non-conductive fluid, the process that uses said medium and the device to carry out the process.
Claims27
An electropolishing medium comprising:
- a set of solid-particles that each retains a conductive solution;
- and
- a non-conductive liquid occupying an interstitial space between the solid particles, the conductive solution having an affinity to be kept inside the set of solid particles and the non-conductive liquid being outside the solid particles.
