Abstract
Compositions and methods that impart a hydrophobic finish to surfaces, such as, for example, automotive surfaces. The compositions comprise an amino functional silicone emulsion, an amphoteric surfactant, and, a non-ionic surfactant.

A composition consisting of:
- A) an amino functional silicone emulsion;
- B) an amphoteric surfactant;
- C) a first non-ionic surfactant;
- D) a second non-ionic surfactant;
- E) one or more components selected from the group consisting of a foam stabilizer, a preservative, a colorant, and a fragrance;
- and
- F) water.

- B) a lauryl/myristyl amidopropyl amine oxide;
- C) a first non-ionic surfactant;
- D) a second non-ionic surfactant;
- E) a polyethylene glycol;

- G) water.
