Diclosed are a pyrimido pyrimidinone compound having an effect of inhibiting PD-L1 expression, a pharmaceutical composition containing the pyrimido pyrimidinone compound as an active ingredient, and uses of the compound or composition. The pyrimido pyrimidinone compound can be effectively used for the treatment or prevention of cancer.

A pyrimido pyrimidinone compound of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein,
- R1 is phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with a halogen or hydroxyl;
- R2 is a C1-C4 alkyl;
- R3 is hydrogen, a halogen, a C1-C4 alkyl or a C1-C4 alkoxy;
- and
- R4 is phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with a C1-C4 alkyl, a C1-C4 haloalkyl or an alkyldihydrooxazolyl, or an alkylthiazolyl.
