A compound represented by Formula 1 below or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein, in Formula 1,
- X1 to X3 are each independently N or C(H);
- Y1 and Y2 are each independently N(R4), C(H), O, or S, and at least one of Y1 and Y2 is N(R4);
- n is 0 or 1;
- is or forming an aromatic or non-aromatic fused-heterocyclic ring;
- R1 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, or C1-6 alkylcarbonyl;
- R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, halogen, cyano, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C1-6 alkylamino, di(C1-6 alkyl)amino, C1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl, or di(C1-6 alkyl)aminocarbonyl;
- and
- R4 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkoxy-C0-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl-C0-6 alkyl, 5- or 6-membered heterocycle-C0-6 alkyl, C6-10 aryl, or 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl,
- wherein the 5- or 6-membered heterocycle, C6-10 aryl, and 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl are unsubstituted or substituted with C1-6 alkoxy or C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl,
- with the exception if Y1 and Y2 are NR4, R1 to R4 are H, X1 to X3 are CH, and n=0.
