A complex comprising a pegylated peptide comprising a cationic KL4 peptide and a monodisperse linear PEG comprising 6-24 units, which peptide is PEG6-24KL4;
- and a nucleic acid selected from the group consisting of an mRNA, an siRNA and a DNA.
