An “x” shaped symmetric fixer with two longer panels and two shorter panels equipped with a hook and loop system and an elastic part on each panel which is symmetrical about the fixed joint in the middle of the longer panels;

Each of the two longer central symmetric panels creates two symmetric channels at the end to secure around stroller bars or a car seat to position the central shorter panels in the middle of the stroller bars.
