Abstract
A device for an electronic aerosol provision system that includes an indicator for showing power level. The device comprises: a battery for providing electrical power to an aerosol generating component in the system; an indicator light configured to emit a light signal for a signal period that indicates a level of electrical power available from the battery; and a controller configured to activate the indicator light to emit the light signal after detecting that a puff period on the system has been completed.
Claims18
A device for an electronic aerosol provision system comprising:
- a battery for providing electrical power to an aerosol generating component in the system;
- an indicator light configured to emit a light signal for a signal period that indicates a level of electrical power available from the battery;
- and
- a controller configured to activate the indicator light to emit the light signal after detecting that a puff period on the system has been completed, in which the controller is configured to activate the indicator light to emit the light signal at the end of a pause period that commences when the puff period is detected as having been completed;
- wherein the controller is configured to activate the indicator light to emit the light signal only at the end of a pause period that commences when the puff period is detected as having been completed.
