Suspension system for high-aspect ratio audio transducer

An audio transducer comprising:

• a frame;
• and
• a suspension element at least partially disposed in the frame, the suspension element including:
• a first axis,
• a second axis,
• a first section disposed along the first axis, the first section having one or more first corrugations,
• a second section disposed along the first axis, the second section having one or more second corrugations,
• a third section disposed along the second axis, the third section having one or more third corrugations different than the one or more first corrugations, and
• a fourth section disposed along the second axis, the fourth section having one or more fourth corrugations.

A suspension element for an audio transducer, comprising:

• a first section including one or more first corrugations having a first depth and a first width;
• a second section including one or more second corrugations having the first depth and the first width;
• a third section including one or more third corrugations having a second depth different than the first depth, and a second width different than the first width;
• and
• a fourth section including one or more fourth corrugations having the second depth and the second width.
