A solid state power amplifier comprising, an upper part of a waveguide, a linearized impedance matching ridge, a lower part of the waveguide, and at least one interconnection between a propagation line and the linearized impedance matching waveguide ridge, said at least one interconnection being provided with a clamping device that guarantees direct contact between the ridge and the propagation line.
