Speech recognition apparatus, control method, and non-transitory storage medium

A control method executed by a computer, comprising:

• generating, for each of a plurality of pieces of audio data different from each other acquired from a source audio signal including an utterance of a plurality of sentences, a candidate text group including a plurality of candidate texts each being a candidate of a text representing a content of an utterance corresponding to the piece of audio data, each of the plurality of pieces of the audio data representing an audio signal corresponding to one sentence;
• and
• selecting, based on relevance between candidate texts included in a plurality of candidate text groups different from each other, for each of pieces of the audio data, a candidate text representing a sentence and a content of an utterance represented by the piece of audio data from the candidate text group generated for the piece of audio data.

A non-transitory storage medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a control method, the control method comprising:

• generating, for each of a plurality of pieces of audio data different from each other acquired from a source audio signal including an utterance of a plurality of sentences, a candidate text group including a plurality of candidate texts each being a candidate of a text representing a content of an utterance corresponding to the piece of audio data, each of the plurality of pieces of the audio data representing an audio signal corresponding to one sentence;
• and
• selecting, based on relevance between candidate texts included in a plurality of candidate text groups different from each other, for each of pieces of the audio data, a candidate text representing a sentence and a content of an utterance represented by the piece of audio data from the candidate text group generated for the piece of audio data.
