An information processing method comprising:

• storing, in a memory of an information processing device, a specific road and an appropriate number of vehicles indicating an appropriate number of vehicles traveling on the specific road with each other;
• acquiring travel request information for requesting travel permission of the specific road by a first vehicle;
• acquiring a number of traveling vehicles indicating a number of a plurality of second vehicles traveling on the specific road;
• determining traveling availability of the specific road by the first vehicle on a basis of the number of traveling vehicles and the appropriate number of vehicles stored in the memory;
• and
• transmitting information indicating a determination result of the traveling availability to the first vehicle.

A non-transitory computer readable medium which stores a program for causing a computer to execute steps, the step comprising:

• making a memory of an information processing device store a specific road and an appropriate number of vehicles indicating an appropriate number of vehicles traveling on the specific road with each other;
• acquiring travel request information for requesting travel permission of the specific road by a first vehicle;
• acquiring a number of traveling vehicles indicating a number of a plurality of second vehicles traveling on the specific road;
• determining traveling availability of the specific road by the first vehicle on a basis of the number of traveling vehicles and the appropriate number of vehicles stored in the memory;
• and
• transmitting information indicating a determination result of the traveling availability to the first vehicle.
