System and method for implementing single account and single wallet for distributed gaming system across jurisdictions

A distributed gaming system comprising:

• a first database physically located in a first geographic location, wherein the first database stores wallet information associated with a user for use with a gaming activity;
• a second database physically located in a second geographic location;
• and
• a user device associated with the user, wherein the user device is configured to present the gaming activity to the user via a user interface, wherein the gaming activity is configured based on a first requirement associated with the first geographic location;
• and
• wherein the distributed gaming system is configured by instructions to perform operations comprising:
• determining a change in location of the user device from the first geographic location to the second geographic location;
• modifying the gaming activity based on a second requirement associated with the second geographic location;
• transferring the wallet information from the first database to the second database;
• and
• presenting the modified gaming activity via the user interface based on the wallet information stored in the second database.
