Abstract
The present disclosure relates generally to a system that enables a mobile device running a mobile device application to communicate with different gaming establishment components and modify the mobile device application functionality and/or the mobile device application appearance based on different data received from different gaming establishment components.

A device comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory device that stores a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to;
- responsive to the device being at a first location within a gaming establishment, broadcast first mobile device application configuration data, wherein following the first mobile device application configuration data being wirelessly received by a mobile device and responsive to an occurrence of a mobile device application reconfiguration event, a first reconfiguration of a gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device occurs based on the first mobile device application configuration data, and
- responsive to the device being at a second, different location within the gaming establishment, broadcast second, different mobile device application configuration data, wherein following the second, different mobile device application configuration data being wirelessly received by the mobile device and responsive to the occurrence of the mobile device application reconfiguration event, a second, different reconfiguration of the gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device occurs based on the second, different mobile device application configuration data.

A method of operating a device, the method comprising:
- responsive to the device being at a first location within a gaming establishment, causing, by a processor, a broadcast of first mobile device application configuration data, wherein following the first mobile device application configuration data being wirelessly received by a mobile device and responsive to an occurrence of a mobile device application reconfiguration event, a first reconfiguration of a gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device occurs based on the first mobile device application configuration data, and
- responsive to the device being at a second, different location within the gaming establishment, causing, by the processor, a broadcast of second, different mobile device application configuration data, wherein following the second, different mobile device application configuration data being wirelessly received by the mobile device and responsive to the occurrence of the mobile device application reconfiguration event, a second, different reconfiguration of the gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device occurs based on the second, different mobile device application configuration data.

- a memory device that stores a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to broadcast, prior to a mobile device being paired with the device, first mobile device application configuration data responsive to the device being at a first location within a gaming establishment, wherein the first mobile device application configuration data is part of connection data, and following being wirelessly received by the mobile device and responsive to an occurrence of a mobile device application reconfiguration event, a first reconfiguration of a gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device occurs based on the first mobile device application configuration data.
A device comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory device that stores a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to broadcast, prior to a mobile device being paired with the device, mobile device application configuration data based on a location within a gaming establishment, wherein the first mobile device application configuration data is part of connection data and responsive to being received by the mobile device, at least one of an appearance of a gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device and a function of the gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device changes based on the mobile device application configuration data.
A method of operating a device, the method comprising:
- causing, by a processor and prior to a mobile device being paired with the device, a broadcast of first mobile device application configuration data responsive to the device being at a first location within a gaming establishment, wherein the mobile device application configuration data is part of connection data and following being wirelessly received by the mobile device and responsive to an occurrence of a mobile device application reconfiguration event, a first reconfiguration of a gaming establishment mobile device application of the mobile device occurs based on the first mobile device application configuration data.
