Abstract
A rotary freezing device for freezing granules according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a circulation passage; a fan for circulating cold air through the circulation passage; a cooler disposed in the circulation passage and configured to cool the cold air; and a cooling drum disposed in the circulation passage and configured to freeze granules by the cold air flowing into an interior of the cooling drum while conveying the granules from an inlet to an outlet.
Claims10
A rotary freezing device for freezing granules, comprising:
- a circulation passage;
- at least one fan configured to circulate cold air through the circulation passage;
- a cooler disposed in the circulation passage and configured to cool the cold air;
- and
- a cooling drum disposed in the circulation passage and having an interior through which the cold air circulating in the circulation passage flows,
- wherein the cooling drum is configured to convey granules, by the cold air flowing inside the interior, from an inlet of the cooling drum to an outlet of the cooling drum and to freeze the granules conveyed inside the interior from the inlet to the outlet by the cold air.
A rotary freezing device for freezing granules, comprising:
- a circulation passage;
- at least one fan configured to circulate cold air through the circulation passage;
- a cooler disposed in the circulation passage and configured to cool the cold air;
- and
- a cooling drum disposed in the circulation passage and configured to freeze granules by the cold air flowing into an interior of the cooling drum while conveying the granules from an inlet to an outlet,
- wherein the circulation passage includes:
- a first supply passage for guiding the cold air cooled by the cooler to the inlet of the cooling drum;
- and
- a second supply passage disposed parallel to the first supply passage for guiding the cold air to the interior of the cooling drum through a communication opening of the cooling drum provided between the inlet and the outlet,
- wherein the circulation passage further includes a partition plate fluidly separating an outlet-side space in an outer space of the cooling drum from the inlet,
- wherein the second supply passage is formed in at least part of the outlet-side space in the outer space, and
- wherein the circulation passage further includes an adjustment plate located between the communication opening and the inlet and concentrating a flow of the cold air in the second supply passage toward the communication opening in a circumferential direction of the cooling drum.
A rotary freezing device for freezing granules, comprising:
- a circulation passage;
- at least one fan configured to circulate cold air through the circulation passage;
- a cooler disposed in the circulation passage and configured to cool the cold air;
- and
- a cooling drum disposed in the circulation passage and configured to freeze granules by the cold air flowing into an interior of the cooling drum while conveying the granules from an inlet to an outlet,
- wherein the circulation passage includes a return passage that extends along an axial direction of the cooling drum at a position where at least part of the return passage overlaps the cooling drum in the axial direction for returning the cold air discharged from the outlet toward the inlet.
