An isolated monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof against TFPI, wherein the monoclonal antibody comprises a light chain variable region and a heavy chain variable region, wherein:
- the light chain variable region comprises:
- VL CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:
