Abstract
The present application discloses an antibody, or fragment thereof, for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of cancers wherein the antibody specifically binds to the PSMGFR peptide (SEQ ID NO:2) or a fragment thereof of the peptide.

A single chain variable fragment (scFv) antibody that binds to the extracellular domain of MUC1*, wherein:
- a. the scFv comprises a sequence having at least 95% identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 1577, SEQ ID NO:
- 1579, or SEQ ID NO:
- 1581;
- and
- b. the scFv comprises a heavy chain (HC) sequence and a light chain (LC) sequence, the HC sequence comprises three HC complementarity determining regions (CDRs):
- HC-CDR1, HC-CDR2, and HC-CDR3, the LC sequence comprises three LC CDRs:
- LC-CDR1, LC-CDR2, and LC-CDR3, and
- HC-CDR1 comprises SEQ ID NO:
- 993 or SEQ ID NO:
- 1797,
- HC-CDR2 comprises SEQ ID NO:
- 997,
- HC-CDR3 comprises SEQ ID NO:
- 1001,
- LC-CDR1 comprises SEQ ID NO:
