Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods for reducing Lewy Bodies in the central nervous system of a subject in need thereof by administering a T cell that is specific for an α-synuclein mutant to the subject.
Claims7
A composition comprising (a) a dendritic cell modified to express, wherein the mutant comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, wherein the alanine at position 53 of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 is replaced with a threonine, (b) a T cell specific for the α-syn-A53T mutant specifie, and (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
